There are a number of people who make up the Franchology team to provide the services and support to Franchisors and Franchisees, whilst also supporting Graeme. Read below who these people are and how they contribute to the Franchology magic!
Whilst Graeme has earned an enviable reputation for building a highly successful career in Franchising, including over two decades operating at CEO level, he attributes the success he has had to the people he has the privilege to lead. In fact, Graeme describes himself as a people person, obsessed with helping people to achieve their hopes and dreams, as well as their full potential.
In business, Graeme believes everyone deserves to be treated with compassion. As an experienced coach, mentor, and leader, he understands the importance of empathy, kindness, and honesty, in developing trusted relationships.
Jeannette is an accredited Master Executive Coach and has a Diploma in Business Performance Coaching.
As Head of Learning and Development at Franchology, she is passionate about crafting customised coaching programmes that bring about significant, measurable changes in individuals, teams, and organisations. This includes leveraging her vast experience of working within fast paced challenging environments, including franchising, as she understands how difficult it can be to manage and develop others in a way that enables them to achieve their full potential. As such, Jeannette has played a pivotal role in the creation of the Coaching with Compassion methodology that the team of Franchology coaches have been trained to deliver.
Aveline’s genius is being able to help businesses find and extract their genius-purpose alignment, so they can bring this to the world in their marketing. She has been doing this for businesses globally for over 15 years and has been working with Graeme and the Franchology team, to realise its purpose of Transforming Franchising Together.
Aveline is passionate about keeping fit and healthy – inside and out – and loves adventures in nature, music, and sport, including Formula 1! She loves growing food in her garden and has taken up surfing in the last 2 years so she can spend more time in nature. She loves being with her twin boys and spending time with her daughter whenever she can.
Sarah is a highly experienced senior operator, who has built a very successful business as a Franchisee in the past. Highly organised, with a keen eye for detail, Sarah plays a very important role, as she manages all of the operational
and administration requirements on behalf of the Franchology team. Her years of experience working with Franchisors, Directors, and Business owners, means that Sarah truly understands the importance of providing the highest levels of quality and customer service.
