We work in a way that honours and demonstrates our core values, every day. Our clients are our partners, and we are here to create transformation in their lives so they can be proud of their business.

When we take on a new client, we set the scene of working together, in a partnership, for a 12-month period. This is a long-term relationship: not a quick fix or flash dance!

It is essential that we have a structure for our clients to look at and hold onto so that they understand the journey we’re taking together.

The programme journey we go on together goes through three distinct phases:



The process of discovery is all about asking questions.

Our approach is to understand your long-term desired future and what it means for you and your business.

We uncover if you are prepared to compromise or give something up to achieve your vision and goals!

Everyone has a different vision, and we seek to understand yours that is unique for you.

During this phase we will undertake several activities over a four-week period to see underneath the hood of your business, talk to the key people in your business, analyse the metrics, review the processes and systems, and meet with key stakeholders.

This phase is all about getting clarity, confirmation, and confidence. It’s an incredibly empowering journey that’s worth the value alone of the full twelve month programme.


When we know what’s going on in the business, ‘warts-and-all’, and what your specific vision is, it’s time to get creative and design a unique long-term plan for you.

We start with the agreed-upon list of recommendations from the Discovery Phase that we need to implement in an overarching Strategic Plan.

When creating the plan, we look into the long and short term and even consider factors such as what an exit strategy could look like! We look at it all, and once we have designed this plan, we agree on it.

It’s strategic, it goes for 12 months, and we break it down into 90-day cycles.

Inside this 12-month strategic plan we look at all aspects of your business and within a framework that includes:

  • Branding
  • Marketing
  • Recruitment
  • People
  • Product

Plus anything else that we believe is necessary.

Our goal is to create a plan that is simple and easy to execute daily. It will take up to three weeks to develop the strategy, which is agreed by both of us.


Once we have the 12-month strategic plan, it’s time for us to put it into action: turn the lights on and rev the engines!

We call the programme “Coaching with Compassion”, even though there’s much more to it than first meets the eye! We will deliver the Strategic Plan and bring in other experts and team members to deliver their unique services in a particular area, such as Marketing.

Let’s be clear: our programme delivery is unique, holistic, and focussed 100% on you and your needs. This is not a cookie-cutter method or approach!

  • Performance coaching
  • Inspirational Leadership Development
  • Non-executive Director Support
  • Goal Setting with Visualisation
  • Creating Franchise Growth Clubs
  • Succession Planning & Resales
  • Positive Exit Management

We also wear different caps: when we need to provide mentoring we take the coaching cap off, and put the mentoring cap on!

It’s a 180-degree shift in looking at and approaching your team and Franchisees to get the best outcomes and results possible!

Sometimes, we need to pivot quickly and respond to an urgent need – which we are fully ready to do and realise it’s an important aspect of our coaching to be flexible.

We will review the programme at six months to ensure that it’s working for us both. At that time we’ll make sure we’re happy before continuing until 12 months. We want to ensure that it works for us both!

As we are working with you during this phase, our ongoing focus is to get you a massive return on your Investment and leave you feeling confident that you can make the impact you set out to achieve in the beginning.
